Powercor provided a proposal for the replacement of the lights controlled by Microwave Sensors and a prediction on the estimated payback of the investment. In addition, Powercor recommended the installation of LED Lights in the stairwell controlled by Microwave Sensors. An added benefit to the installation of LEDs is their long life and lack of maintenance. Within a few days Powercor were able to show the savings on the eco|Driver system that McKay’s has deployed in several of their buildings. We have now requested a proposal at another of our buildings that has an underground car park
