Creating an employee centric head office space for Signify
Signify is the world leader in lighting. Formerly known as Philips Lighting they are a Dutch multinational lighting corporation formed in 2016 as a result of the spin-off of the lighting division of Philips. The company manufactures electric lights, light fixtures and control systems for consumers, professionals and the IoT. Their revenue is €7 billion with over 29,000 employees worldwide

OUR APPROACH AND IMPACT
Powercor was invited to complete a full electrical and LED lighting fit-out of Signify’s new 6,500 square foot UK head office.
The infrastructure works included the installation of an underfloor busbar system, a new three-phase distribution board, and advanced metering and control systems designed to maximise energy efficiency and enhance the overall working environment.
As part of the project, we incorporated over 100 state-of-the-art luminaires, including Signify’s own 3D-printed decorative fittings, OneSpace panels, and the NatureConnect lighting system.
