We achieve this by having an established quality management system with well defined core business processes and a highly motivated and focused team.
The management team consists of two directors, a financial team, an area development team, estimators, administration staff, and several contract managers. A strong work ethic and dedication to sustained improvement ensures that Powercor are competitive without compromising health and safety or quality workmanship.
Our employees are one of the reasons for our success. To make sure that this continues, we strive to ensure all employees continually maintain and improve their skills by identifying new technology and training requirements.
Powercor have been working in conjunction with JTL, the leading training provider to the building services engineering sectors, for many years. This helps us to ensure the success and prosperity of Powercor by the guarantee of an appropriately trained workforce.
We firmly believe that reinvesting in the provision, development and continuous improvement of all of our apprentices helps us to maintain a well balanced workforce and fulfils the dreams of many young people.
